MEP Maintenance

We do all MEP maintenance works of the following items.

AC

• Provide a detailed condition survey report with suggested corrective actions.
• Cleaning of the A/C filters and grills.
• Inspecting and Cleaning of the condensate drain tray
• Flushing of the A/C drain lines
• Checking the condition and Operational status of the thermostat
• Checking up the Oil and Refrigerant gas levels and further topping up
• Check the condition & operation of the indoor fan motor
• Check the Condition & operation of the Outdoor Chiller

ELECTRICAL

• Onsite inspections and diagnosis.
• Testing for short circuits and other wiring problem that can lead fires
• Installation of new light, sockets and switches
• Upgrading of fuse / circuit boards
• Rectifying faults and dangerous wiring installation
• Fixing panel board defaults, changing breakers

PLUMBING

• Fixing leaks and drips, cleaning toilets, sinks and pipes
• Replacing Tubs
• Pipe work replacement
• Replacing sanitary items and water heater

Swimming Pool

• Sweeping / cleaning of pool surrounding/checking (up to 2m Wide). Skimming of water surface and removal of debris
• Brushing off dirt from pool walls, bottom, overflow gutters (Removal of any kind of strains is excluded)
• Cleaning of skimmer and pool pump baskets
• Supply, dosing, application and balancing of pool water chemicals as per DM pool Safety Guidance
• Performing water testing (CI, PH, Tem) and producing traceable records
• Maintaining the required water level of the swimming pool by adding water
• Attention to water circulation and performing backwash and rinsing of water filters/if applicable
• Performing visual and performance inspection of pool, pool lights, plant room MEP equipment for any leakage or breakdown (any critical issue or malfunction quoted separately)
• Maintaining pool plant room cleanliness
